Our system collects information that visitors enter regarding orders for products. This information is used only to facilitate the ordering process, and is not shared with any other company. The Western Analytical website does use "cookies" to only during the ordering process to track item counts, subtotals, etc. A "cookie" is a text file placed on the browser of website visitor to identify website use patterns.

Who is collecting the information

The only people using website access information are The Western Analytical employees. If a visitor submits additional identifying information (as noted above), that information is available only to the Western Analytical staff who will be involved in implementing the requested activity.

With whom will the information be shared

The Western Analytical does not sell, share or release any information about website users to any third parties. Personal information about individual website users, as submitted as part of a service or information request, will not be shared in any way without specific consent from the user. However, we may disclose information when legally compelled to do so.

E-mail Security

The Western Analytical website offers opportunities to communicate via online forms which are sent by e-mail. Because normal e-mail is not encrypted, the possibility exists that unauthorized individuals may intercept e-mail messages. For this reason, the Western Analytical Website uses SSL communication when payment information is transmitted. Western Analytical requests that payment information only be provided during the SSL session and not via regular email. A SSL message will alert our users when the message is secure. Western Analytical is not responsible for privacy of e-mail messages except those stored in our system.
